I think the only way they could make it better is if they put all nine digits in the zip code instead of five.

Crashes every time I try to do a people search.

I put my first, last name and zip code in to search. I a found listed a long deceased family member listed at my address in the database (never lived here) as well as people that do not exist listed at my address (new home, no one else occupied it). The database is very inaccurate and not reliable.

Now that you must specify a town/zip code to search, the app is not very useful for me.

I like it for quick number or location searches, but sometimes what Im looking for doesnt show up in the search results when I know the place exists! It would be nice if you could edit, delete or add people to your own directory info - or at the very least contact yp and request that your info be updated/corrected.

As I said in the subject field, its a pretty good app; In most cases, Its better than the Whitepages app that is also free. It seems to be accurate, and it converts easily into an entry in the Contacts app. You can dictate the name of the person or business youre looking for, and get directions based on your location at that moment (if you have the "Location Services"-feature in the "Settings" of your iPhone turned on). This is actually one of the few applications that I would even spend $.99 to buy, but (thank you, Mr. Developer-Guys), I dont even have to do that.

When an update came available, tried to complete and wont open now. I cant even delete it and start over. Someone needs to figure this out and bug fix it. Cant use if it wont even open.

Ive had this app for a long while. And honestly I dont know why Ive kept it. Just about any number I try to look up doesnt even come close. I look up a school bus garage in the correct county and name and it gives me a veterinary office. And this is just one of MANY examples. Now Im looking for a replacement app.

Example, one day last year I looked for an agency in PA. Now I want an office of a national business in Troy, MI. So I searched business name in Troy, MI. I get response ONLY for Pennsylvania! No clear way to go to Troy. Why cannot I rate this zero before I delete app from iPad?

Have been using White/Yellow Pages for several years across various platforms, always reliable and extremely useful. Cant imagine not having this resource.

Very handy and I love it. My only complaint is trying to get out of some of the applications once I found what I was seeking, I recommend this app to all who I meet that are seeking businesses or friends!!

Does everything I need! Love the feature that allows me to save the info as a contact in my phone!!!

I love this!!! I have no sense of direction. I can get lost in my own neighborhood. Im not kidding! I type in address and theres the map and I go right to my destination. I vacationed with 2 of my sisters (one is as challenged as me lol). I sat in back and gave directions. I Love and highly recommend this ap!!!!
